Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all Kigumi Nest orders within South Africa. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Delivery Process
- Your Kigumi Nest will be delivered to your doorstep by our logistics partner.
- Delivery is curbside. Assembly is not included but requires no tools.
- Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- If the outer packaging is damaged, please take photos before opening.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Kigumi Nest. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Opened or assembled products may only be returned if defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Kigumi Nest arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
